Doctor Jennifer Bontreger, the founder of Southern Horizons Healthcare, is a doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). Dr. Jennifer Bontreger is also board certified in both Internal Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine.

We specialize in sports medicine and treatment, helping athletes of all ages and ability avoid and recover from injury through awareness, preventative care, and therapeutic treatment.
